0.33 l bottle. Pours pale yellow murky body with relatively big white head. Strong aroma of banana with herbs...flavor is also quite nice, bitter but balanced with sweetness of fruits and alpine herbs. Not bad beer, but nothing special either + too fruity for my taste.

0.33L bottle. strong aromas of wheat and yeast, small head, hazy golden colour with a lot of carbonation. flavours of flowers and forest, certainly some pine and maple, pleasant and refreshing sourness at the end. This beer seems to me much more a belgian wittbier than a weizen. A big suprise and an excellent beer.

Wow! Pleasently surprised with this one. A flowery smelling beer that pours a slighty cloundy golden color annd short head. Distinct floral and herb palate without the soapiness. A nice smooth finish that suprisingly left no bitter aftertaste. Definitely worth the 3.50/bottle I paid for it.

Lemon, lime, lychee and banana fruitiness combine with a floral character and soft doughy wheat in the sweet aroma. Hazy golden body is topped by a decent white head that recedes slowly to cover. Flavour is extremely herbal and floral with strong banana, lemon and wheat to support it. Light body with very crisp, strong carbonation. Cold, I found this a bit quiet in its expression but allowed to warm a little the flavours shine. Stem glass. Cellar temperature. Bottle (Brewery Creek, Jul-07).

Bottle shared with GregClow, Jerc, and Blankboy, Greg’s bottle. Hazy yellow, small white head. Nice aroma - lots of lemon and yeast. Great taste - refreshing lemon, lots of yeast and zest. Soft, floral, well carbonated. Simple but very well done and very enjoyable.

Bottle (12oz) shared with GregClow, jerc & tupalev -- courtesy of GregClow. Pours a hazy pale yellow-gold with an average size diminishing white head. Aroma of yeast, banana, citrus, wheat and some sweetness. Flavour starts spicy and a little sweet followed by fruit and yeast. Average bodied. Didn’t knock my socks off but it’s good enough.

Bottle via trade with piscator34 - shared with jerc, blankboy and tupalev. Thanks to jerc for finding the listing for this one! Slightly hazy light gold with a wispy head. Aroma is quite herbal/medicinal, really interesting, with notes of yeast, citrus and banana. Standard weiss flavour profile enhanced by those mysterious "alpine herbs". I quite liked this one.

Bottle. Lightly hazy, pastel yellow colour with a small white head. Yeasty, tart citrus notes (lemon and orange) in the aroma. Light flavour, with similar characteristics to the aroma with moderate citrus and yeast notes. Average to thin palate seems fitting. A pleasant wheat beer but it is largely unremarkable. 7-7+/3/7/3/14-15

Light gold. Hazy. Assertive yeast - banana, bread, foot and something like a lime or kumquat citrus note. The body is somewhat thin and a bit spritzy at the back. Malt leads with banana and faint footiness. Sort of a minty herbal thing going on...maybe clover honey...but it’s fairly vague, a suggestion more than a flavour.

Pours a hazy gold with a thin fast fading head. Aroma was wheat-spice, lemon, a light minty eucalyptus-pine. Flavour was citric fruit, clove and pine. Though light enough not to be unpleasant. Nice solid Weisse with a little hook in the alpine herbs.
