UPDATED: AUG 3, 2007 Brewery Creek Light gold. Hazy. Assertive yeast - banana, bread, foot and something like a lime or kumquat citrus note. The body is somewhat thin and a bit spritzy at the back. Malt leads with banana and faint footiness. Sort of a minty herbal thing going on...maybe clover honey...but it’s fairly vague, a suggestion more than a flavour.
