3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a very cloudy golden with a fluffy white head. Quite a sweet aroma, with banana and bubblegum coming through strong, with some orange notes and a hint of yeast and herb. Incredibly smooth in body, with the banana and bubblegum flavours dominating each mouthful..An orange and citrus finish. No surprises after the aromas - a fresh and smooth weiss beer.

Old rating rerated 21.07.2014, 0,33l bottle @ holiday house in Ebeltoft:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet fruity, banana bubblegum, peach, yeast, hay, grass, sugar. Taste is slightly harsh yeasty, hay, yeast, banana, cereal, dough, citrus, spices. Little bitterness, slightly harsh and watery mouthfeel. Fair enough, nice ice cold in the sun.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Wow. I had no idea what to expect, but this is quite good. 33cl bottle, pours a nice frothy golden color, off-white head with significant lacing. Aroma is strong and fruity, with some banana and yeast notes. Flavor is fruit up front, raspberry, melon (yes, it’s weird to say) with a sweet malty back end. Not as spicy as a lot of weissbiers, but that’s fine by me. It’s more sweet and fruity. Very drinkable, goes down easy. Highly recommended.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Die große off-weiße Schaumkrone.
Hazy light golden body.
Flowerish almost perfumed scents, peaches, plums, oranges.
Sweet taste in spiced fruity malts, flowers, mandarines.
Fresh nice easy-going.
Sweet juicy finish, berries, oranges.
Close to being a juice more than a beer.
Maybe caused by that glocose fructose.

I would definitely recognize the smell, and specially the taste, of this beer with my eyes closed tomorrow or years from now. Rich fruity palette, with stong fruity smell that Ibwould definitely wish could taste more often.

Bottle, pours a hazy yellow with a white head, tastes of fruit, malt, and some spices, smooth with a light bitterness, this seemed more like Witbier to me but it was still good.

Nice and cloudy like it’s suppose to be. Crisp feel. Tastes of wheat, earth, citrus, yeast and spice at the end. I’d have it again
