Light unclear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, molasses, butter notes, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Fresh. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090525]

Herber, etwas bitterer Antrunk sowie leicht wässrig. Bitterer Mittelteil, etwas getreidig, natürlicj. Im Abgang wenig hopfig, stark bitter. Mit der Zeit wirkt das Bier etwas aromatischer und besonders im Abgang würziger. Dennoch ist es insgesamt zu bitter wodurch einige Aromen unterbunden werden.

Draught at the brauhaus
Cloudy deep blond color; huge compact head. The aroma is malty, but also buttery. The mouthfeel is quite dry, with light malt flavor, light hay, and very light butter. Ordinary bitterness. Easy and flawed (diacetyl).

Cloudy orange with a tiny off white head. Malty nose with caramel and grassy hops. Flavour had malt, caramel and grassy hops. Finished dry and bitter.

Draught at the brewpub. Good grassy and hoppy aroma, hint of farmyard. Cloudy grey/yellow colour. Frothy white head. Mild hoppy flavour, hint of good grain. OK bitterness, slightly rough. Watery mouthfeel and finish.
