Draught at the brewpub. Weak citric aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Big off-white head. Banana and yeast flavour. Quite high bitterness, quinine-like.

Viel CO2. Herb-hefiger Antrunk, mild und gleichbleibend, etwas muffig. Weiter herb-hefig, im Abgang minimal malzig. Die für ein Weizen sehr starke Herbe ist weiterhin vorhanden.

Draught at the brauhaus
Muddy dark blond color; generous creamy head. The aroma is a mix of wheat, spices, citrus fruits and smell of feet; also some bread and cereals. The mouthfeel is dry like all other beers from the brewery; the wheat character is light, while the spicy and fruity are absent; there is a light sourness that at least in a Weizen it’s acceptable; but, again, a flavor of dirty water and feet. Ordinary bitterness. Forgettable.

Hazy orange with a medium off white head. Sweet and yeasty aroma with wheat and banana. Sweet and yeasty flavour with wheat and banana notes. Finished sweet.

Unclear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, light to moderate yeasty, banana - rubber. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20090524]
