COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Inspired by many of the West Coast ambers we have enjoyed. A rich complexity brought by the malts we use, with a backbone of hop bitterness. A dry English ale yeast was used to make this crisp and easy drinking.

Jamon, Cheddar, Münster, Pecorino, Burgers, barbecue, game, seafood, chicken, spicy dishes and pasta

Jaksmart (411) - Aarhus, DENMARK - JUL 26, 2014
Tap @ Fermentoren Aarhus. It pours amber with a dense off-white head. Aroma presents with dense caramel, crisp dried fruits and a mildly hoppy finish: some tropical fruits like passion or orange. Taste is quite sweet but develops into a mild, lasting sticky bitterness. Very long duration and increasingly dry as it rests on the tongue.

It pours ruby red, clear and with a white persitent head. Aroma is biscuity, caramel and some cereals, not many hps in nose. Tastes is medium sweet and light bitter, very similar to the aromas. Medium body, thin texture and just the proper carbonation. Not my style, but awesomely brewed next to my place! Awesome guys @Edge!

Tap at Bar Animal. Dark ruddy red, not that amber really. Caramel, burned sugar and roast aroma. Caramel roast base flavor,a bit umami, dry herbal hop counterpoint. Medium light body, quick finish. Somewhat anonymous.
