COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Inspired by many of the West Coast ambers we have enjoyed. A rich complexity brought by the malts we use, with a backbone of hop bitterness. A dry English ale yeast was used to make this crisp and easy drinking.

Jamon, Cheddar, Münster, Pecorino, Burgers, barbecue, game, seafood, chicken, spicy dishes and pasta

Keg at the Beergeek tap takeover. Reddish Brown with an off-White head. Caramel and some light hops. This one got a bit lost in the crowd with so many more interesting beers on offer.
