COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Inspired by many of the West Coast ambers we have enjoyed. A rich complexity brought by the malts we use, with a backbone of hop bitterness. A dry English ale yeast was used to make this crisp and easy drinking.

Bottle at Bishops Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm. Clear deep amber/brown beer with a rich and lasting beige/yellowish head. Malty caramel aroma, fruity, citrus, grapes, chocolate, hay, licorice notes, some peach. Roasted hop flavor, bready, caramel, chocolate, hay, peach, grapes, some vanilla. Really nice surprise, a good take on this style.

Pours Amber orange color. Lots of nice hop aroma with some roasted malt notes. Taste is full body and balanced with a nice citrus hop backbone. A very nice west coast style amber ale.

Nice malty, herbal, dank, spicy nose. Deep amber color, latte head, nice lacing. Slightly hazy. Good balance, malty and more of that hop. Then the bitterness kicks in, strong, in the finish.

Molt bona aparença densa i fosca, aromes caramel·litzats, amb gust maltós, però molt amarg (més que de costum), estrident

Keg at the King’s Arms, London. it pours a clean copper color with a small tan head. Aroma is quite dry and biscuity, with notes of grass, dried leaves, caramel and earth. Taste is medium crisp and lightly sweet, with notes of dried leaves, caramel, bread, earth, citrus. Overall, ok amber ale

Draught @ Irreale, Madrid. Clear dark amber with a lasting off white head. Nuts, caramel, malt and dried fruit in the nose. Nice bitter taste with flavours of caramel, citrus, nuts and malt. Medium body, creamy texture. Better than most amber ale.

A glass and a pint on tap at Irreale. Deep brown pour with creamy white foam. Aroma is really nice and malty, tons of nice toasted malt, light caramel, nice and hoppy, lots of classic citrusy and grassy hop, kind of like a really good mild. Taste is really good, perfect maltiness, crisp toasted malt notes, very fresh and flavorful, with a refreshing dry and bitter finish along the lines of some brewpub offerings from Dieu du ciel or Alesmith. Palate is very near perfect, very creamy but light. Probably the best amber ale I’ve had, delicious stuff.

Deep amber beer with an off-white head. Very nice sweet, surypy malty aroma with some hops. Flavour is surypy malty and refreshing hoppiness. Very refreshing
