COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Inspired by many of the West Coast ambers we have enjoyed. A rich complexity brought by the malts we use, with a backbone of hop bitterness. A dry English ale yeast was used to make this crisp and easy drinking.

Shared with wim at my home. Hazy amber colored beer with large rocky off-white head and no carbonation visible. Nice hopped floral aroma. Full sparkling palate. Finish is hopped bit bitter and fruity hinted.

Nice amber-red color with big beige head. Aroma is very dry and spicy, nearly roasted malts, also some citrus hops and caramel. Taste is hoppy, with a dry malt body, not so caramely and full-bodied, dry spicy finish. Low carbonation. I like ambers, so I like this, but it’s not my favourite. Edge’s brews are often solid, but lack the last bit of character in my opinion.

Nice malty, herbal, dank, spicy nose. Deep amber color, latte head, nice lacing. Slightly hazy. Good balance, malty and more of that hop. Then the bitterness kicks in, strong, in the finish.
