COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The very first beer we ever brewed, in winter, before we had full power supply, hence the name. Itís a Belgian classic fermented at high temperatures to bring out all those great saison yeast characteristics. Big aromas of fruit and spice carry through into the flavor. The result is hearty and complex, yet wholly drinkable.

People get hung up on words. Is this a saison ? For me probably not enough citrus fruit and berries and if the faint smell of the Ardennes is in their then it is really faint. So what ! What this is, is a really nice beer. It is a well balanced beer, especially if you donít like your beers to hoppy. Denise who likes her beers on the dark side found this most enjoyable.

A very characteristic Saison aroma, I did not feel very much hop aroma, just a light herbal one, very hoppy and less sweet than the 1st version. It is less tangy than the 1st one as well. It does not taste 7,2%, however I did not find it very much drinkable.
