COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Edison Light is brewed with only water, hops, yeast and 100% malted barley--no adjuncts, enzymes or dextrose found in other light beers. Edison Light has a fresh hop aroma and unexpected flavor derived from a proprietary (patented formula) along with undertones of spicy floral and citrus notes.

Maybe I got a bad bottle......Light golden in color with thin white lacing around the edges.Aroma and flavor of canned vegetables dominates the entire beer.Drain pour.

Tasted like water, actually lighter than a corona. A bad bear but a refreshing drink, it tastes like it has about 1% abv. Has very little head.

Appearance: clear light straw with a miniscule head and equally miniscule bubbly collar. Swirls with big bubbles but nothing more.
Nose: unfortunately I can smell the beer from my seat and it’s not good. Creamed corn, old corn on the cob, stale bread and starchy grains.
Palate: starts out bright, painfully so, then turns watery and bright. Not much to taste, realistically. Able to dredge up some dank and rank bread and hay in the back. Lemon in the middle and on top.
Final Thoughts: skunked? Maybe. It does come in a clear bottle after all, but the liquid inside was crystal clear so a positive sign in that regards. Not really sure what the intentions for Edison were because even as a light lager tis really bad.

It takes no genius to figure this out: Strike One: Clear bottle; this explains why it smells (and tastes) skunked. Strike Two: It is a light beer; drink less good beer if calories bother you, as all light beers have little to no taste. Strike Three: It tastes like cardboard; soggy moldy cardboard. This beer is utter and complete crap, hopefully they will stop producing this soon and its inventor (and anyone involved with it) is left to suffer a life of mockery and poverty.
