3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled at the Chris_O Beer, Cheese and Curry powwow. An amber coloured beer. The aroma is hoppy but a little oily. The taste is a little peppery hop. Tasty and clean and well brewed, but not enough hoppiness really.

Bottle. Golden with white foam. Aromas are floral with apricot and grapefruit. Yeasty with quite gentle spices. Lightly woody but light overall.
Flavours are sweet grapefruit with lots of spritzy yeast. some apple. Has the strength (almost) of an ipa but not the character. Still OK.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
bottle, bought at Tuckerís Maltings in summer 2006. Golden yellow, slightly hazy, impressive head, which is very persistent. Fantastic aroma of citrus fruit. Full-bodied, full of flavours of grapefruit, orange, lemon, lime. Solid malty base with a rather dry and hoppy finish. Long-lasting aftertaste. Fantastic brew.
