Brewed with the finest organic malts and hops, our IPA features a bright-minted copper color and a crisp, yet smooth hop bitterness. Pale and crystal malts come through with a malty caramel sweetness, balanced with aggressively clean burst of fresh hop flavor in the middle palate without lingering bitter astringency. A strong floral and citrus character from generous dryhopping blends with strawberry esters from our house yeast strain for an inviting and satiating aroma.

Orangey- gold color with a white head. Tropical fruit and candied orange aroma. Balanced flavors of malt and earthy hops. Medium bodied and a moderately bitter finish. Not bad, but rather average IPA.

Mediocre. As organic beers often are. Not quite enough kick or aroma. Still quite drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours golden orange with decent white head that fades to a rim and coating kind of quick, but laces nicely. Aroma is sweet-side citrus and some pine hops. Taste is low on bitterness. Some caramel malt, but mainly orange citrus. What bitterness there is comes through on the backside and does increase with warming. Not memorable, but quite drinkable.

This one tastes old. Was given to me as a sample bottle, really doesnít have much of a hop profile. Toffee is all I get. And itís hot. No good

Hazy Dark Orange Brown Color, Big Head, Decent Strings Of Lacing. Stale Hop Aroma. Slightly Sweet Malt, Stale Earthy Hops. Medium Body. Organic. Decent and Drinkable. No Dates, So It is A Mystery How Old it is. Just OK.

12oz bottle, but donít know how old it was. This ipa kinda reminded me of an old school ipa: bitter, clean, not a huge amount of aroma/hop flavor, & dry. It was a decent beer.

Eel River Certified Organic India Pale Ale is not a bad example of the style. Nice floral aroma rising from a golden amber color with nice foamy head. Taste is also floral with moderate complexity and a slight pine finish. Eel River IPA isnít necessarily a standout, but worth a quaff.

A little sea monkeys in suspension for this one. Misted deep orange with a soapy lather of off-white foam. Not much on the nose; perhaps some fresh cut pineapple, sour cherry, raspberry conserve, tree resin, rubber bike tyre, cardboard. Quite dry, light, heated with a good sense of the alcohol. Nutty, almond backbone with a bready hint and quite yeasty towards the tail. Pasty, buttery, diacetyl through the roof, but somehow balanced by the minty fresh, floral and almost noble hopping. Peppery, herbal finish. Minty length that is refreshing. Light bodied and spritzy up front with a soft swallow. Lacking esters, but the hops are dominant. A little of a weird one I couldnít quite conquer. Just plain strange!! (12fl.Oz, no date stamp, Cellarbrations Carlisle)

12 oz bottle. (Chipís Wine & Beer) Kill Devil Hills, NC.
Clear deep golden colour with a small white head. Fresh citrusy and herbal hops, mild bitterness and mild maltiness in the aroma. The flavour is floral and citrusy hops, mild bitterness and sweet caramel maltiness. Quite easy and drinkable.
