UPDATED: APR 3, 2010 2010-03-21, bottle, 7-4-7-4-14=36 Cloudy orange-amber color; small creamy head. Delicate aroma, cream and mango, light cookies. The toffee flavor, dry, is a bit too breadish; accurate bitterness level for this kind of beer, with oily resins, sharp. Long final, with hop juice and no sugar. Pleasant.
2009-10-18, draught at Ginger Man, NYC, 7-4-7-3-14=35 Copper color. Nice toffee aroma, lightly cheesy, very light resins. Dry mouthfeel, toffee and malt flavor; strong bitterness. Ordinarily good.

(22oz bottle) Pours a hazy amber body with a small beige head. Aroma of caramel, citrus, light pine, and toasted grain. Flavor of caramel malt and hops (citrus, earth, grass) with a mildly bitter finish. Reminds me of many of the earlier American brewpub IPAs.
