COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with the finest organic malts and hops, our IPA features a bright-minted copper color and a crisp, yet smooth hop bitterness. Pale and crystal malts come through with a malty caramel sweetness, balanced with aggressively clean burst of fresh hop flavor in the middle palate without lingering bitter astringency. A strong floral and citrus character from generous dryhopping blends with strawberry esters from our house yeast strain for an inviting and satiating aroma.

Wonderful, hoppy, chewy (malty), and very floral. This is a wonderful beer, I wish it was lower in alcohol so I could drink more. One terrific brew.

Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a hazy burnt orange to red color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a quick thirty seconds. Light lacing speckled and then slid into the body. The smell had a light citrus bitterness with an ample amount of sweet caramel malts. The taste was basically the same. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation seemed appropriately styled for the beer and for me. Overall, I say this was a pretty good AIPA that I could down again.

Bottle. Pours a bright orange with firm white head. Great head retention! Not much to the nose at all, light pine, citrus and maybe a little honey. Quite light bodied. Light pine, honey and caramel but not much of any really. Does hide the 7.2% ABV very well tho. Incredibly easy drinking. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma cítrico e caramelo. Cor âmbar escuro e translúcida, média formação de espuma com boa persistência. Encorpada com sabor inicial cítrico e retrogosto caramelo.

Slight grapefruity nose with some malt. Pleasant level of bitterness with no coarseness or harshness. Good noble hop flavor. Nice lingering hoppy finish. Well-balanced IPA that doesn’t shout at you with bitterness.

330ml bottle from Archive Beer Boutique. Rating from April 2014. This is a good solid IPA with plenty of hops in the flavour and aroma.

Good old standard India Pale Ale. Exactly what you would expect, and precisely nothing more.

Pours golden with a thick, foamy head. Nose is all sweetness with some berry hints and citrus notes and a hint of florals. Sweetness and malts are, in my mind, out of balance with the citrus and floral hops. A brew that fights to avoid its hop bitterness is a bit at odds with itself. A mild effervescence does help the brew roll off the palate and deliver a clean, summer-friendly finish, however. A confused but not unpleasant brew for a warm summer day. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from New Frontier Market, Eugene. Pours a dull golden color, lots of white head, some lacing. Aroma crisp and fruity, strawberry, subtle. Body dull, finish muddled. Not a bad beer, just nothing defining about it.

On tap at the Oregon Gardens Brewfest. Citrus and caramel. Light bitterness in the middle. Very tame finish that fades quickly.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a moderate white head on top of it. Nose is pretty light, with some slight floral elements as well as just a bit of caramel. Taste is slightly bitter, but has a residual sweetness to it on the back end. Doesn’t really drink like an IPA.
