COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with the finest organic malts and hops, our IPA features a bright-minted copper color and a crisp, yet smooth hop bitterness. Pale and crystal malts come through with a malty caramel sweetness, balanced with aggressively clean burst of fresh hop flavor in the middle palate without lingering bitter astringency. A strong floral and citrus character from generous dryhopping blends with strawberry esters from our house yeast strain for an inviting and satiating aroma.

Pour a translucent red/gold, wiht a white head. Nose is citrus, hops. Flavor is citrus up front, with mild hops and bitterness to finish, fairly smooth drinkability. A fair IPA

Slight grapefruity nose with some malt. Pleasant level of bitterness with no coarseness or harshness. Good noble hop flavor. Nice lingering hoppy finish. Well-balanced IPA that doesn’t shout at you with bitterness.

330ml bottle from Archive Beer Boutique. Rating from April 2014. This is a good solid IPA with plenty of hops in the flavour and aroma.

Good old standard India Pale Ale. Exactly what you would expect, and precisely nothing more.

Pours golden with a thick, foamy head. Nose is all sweetness with some berry hints and citrus notes and a hint of florals. Sweetness and malts are, in my mind, out of balance with the citrus and floral hops. A brew that fights to avoid its hop bitterness is a bit at odds with itself. A mild effervescence does help the brew roll off the palate and deliver a clean, summer-friendly finish, however. A confused but not unpleasant brew for a warm summer day. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from New Frontier Market, Eugene. Pours a dull golden color, lots of white head, some lacing. Aroma crisp and fruity, strawberry, subtle. Body dull, finish muddled. Not a bad beer, just nothing defining about it.

On tap at the Oregon Gardens Brewfest. Citrus and caramel. Light bitterness in the middle. Very tame finish that fades quickly.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a moderate white head on top of it. Nose is pretty light, with some slight floral elements as well as just a bit of caramel. Taste is slightly bitter, but has a residual sweetness to it on the back end. Doesn’t really drink like an IPA.

Draught at the Hotel in San Diego. Clear golden beer with a nice offwhite/yellowish head. Malty herbal aroma, grassy, some fruits.fruity malty flavor, grass, citrus. Quite disappointing.

Slight white head on a hazy copper beer. Not a very strong aroma, a little pine and honey, estery yeast. Astringent bitterness, pine resins, light apricot, stone fruit and sweet caramels. Fairly light bodied for such a high strength IPA and dry. Moderately bitter finish, again fairly dry and a little metallic. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
