Huge offwhite head. Clear yellow body with visible particles. Resiny mealy toffee aroma with raisiny citric notes. Dry-sweet resiny mealy toffee taste with sugary spicy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish wooden spicy toffee aftertaste with sugary mealy notes. Nice. Would probably be fantastic if fresh, which it’s definitely not. (0.355l bottle, from Fish & Beer, Copenhagen.)

From a bottle. Big biscuit aroma and lots of malt flavours, heaps of hops to balance it out but still maltier than expected, very nice.

Fra flaske på DØE dag 1, mai-16: lys gylden med fint skum som varer. Herlig humlearoma og -smak med alle de rette ingrediensene, slik skal en apa smake! Tropiske frukter, litt krydder og pepper. Flott kropp.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a white head - tons of tiny, floating impurities. Lemon and lime aroma. Medium body, soft on the palate, extremely bitter bordering astringent. Hops don’t really shine. 220216

Pours deep golden with a thin head that disappears very quickly. Nose is subtle hints of pine and passion fruit. Taste is full of stone fruit, bitterness very well balanced and mild to medium carbonation. Great balanced drop

Bottle, bought @ Havnens Vin og Tobak, Vejle. Pours light murky yellow with a small, staying, creamy, white head. Aroma has grass, light grapefruit, soft cheese. Medium to low carbonation, fine creamy and dry mouthfeel. Flavour has fairly crisp malts, light doughy, some grass, firm grapefruity bitterness. Rather old-school IPA, but quite drinkable nonetheless.
