GABF 2006. Black bodied. Nose is bourbon, vanilla, chocolate and roasted malts. Pretty typical. Taste echoes that with more bourbon, roasty malts, dark fruits, chocolate, woody notes, and sweetened coffee. Body is creamy. Medium-full feel with light carbonation. Finishes with more roasty malts, chocolate, light coffee, vanilla some wood, and bourbon.

GABF 2006: Very dark brown color with a tan head. Yummy creamy vanilla aroma. Vanilla played a big part in the flavor as well. The aroma and flavor had just enough bourbon. Notes of chcolate and roasted malt as well.

black pour tiny tan head viscously coats the glass. over barrell’d aroma lots of bourbon some light woods vanillas chocolates. Thick well coated palate. Warm swallow after a supremly buttered toffees malt flavor a good amount of bourbon as well. Pretty good but needs to mellow under some more aging.

GABF 2006. The beer pours to a black body with a nice brown head. The aroma is chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, oatmeal, some oak. The flavor is creamy chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate chips, oaky vanilla barrel. A bit much barrel. The palate is woodsy, creamy and coating.
