COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We did a small batch for the 2009 holiday ale fest in Portland, OR. Available on tap for a limited time at our pub. It was fermented with a cali, common yeast, spiced with cinnamon sticks and vanilla beans in the brite tank.

Tap @ Roscoes... Poured dark, near black with a beige head. Boots of roast, clean yeast tones, cinammon, oats, lactose cream. Chocolate, dark fruits in the dessert-like finish.

great beer! although the cinnamon was under played in the both the aroma and pallet, this beer was a real treat to taste. 2 yrs old and showes no sign of slowing down any time soon. thanks Matt for sharing this great beer!
