Bottled. An orange beer with sediment floating around under a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet and very fruity - especially peaches. The flavor is sweet malty and very fruity - leading to a slightly bitter finish.

Orange color, big frothy head. Herbel aroma with seaweed. Bitter, slightly salty flavor with licorice. Malty sweet. Medium bodied. Long aftertaste. Certainly not bad.

Aroma is yeasty, citric (oranges), bit hoppy and caramel malty.Cloudy, dark orange, off-white, creamy and rocky head. Taste is sweet, bitter, citric (oranges), bit yeasty, hoppy and some malts. More like a belgian style bitter. Bit watery body. Smooth beer. Very nice brew.

caesar (3748) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - MAR 9, 2007
Cloudy orange color, thick rocky head. Aroma of sweet citrus, hop and some bubblegum, some vanilla. Taste is very bitter, but also sweet. It reminds me of an Orval, but then thinner and more watery. But as a beginning brewery, very promising.

Big, white head that lasts nicely. Huge citrus sour nose. Bitter, but well balanced through the citric sourness (imparted probably by the hops) and a nice malt backbone.

Bottled. Strong citrus and citric aroma. Cloudy, yellow color, white head, good lace. Sweet, bitter, citrus, well hopped and sticky. Nice beer but I’m not sure whether I could classify it as a Bitter.
