Not what I typically think of with winter beers, but it is decent. Lacks the spices I was expecting. Slightly citrusy, sweet with a medium body. Orangish brown coloration.

Bottled. An amber beer with a huge fluffy light tan head. The aroma has notes of fruit, brettanomyces, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, brettanomyces, wood, and some caramel, leading to a dry tart finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy reddish amber with a huge and lively off-white head leaving laces. Tart fruity nose. Medium body, again a very tart fruitiness, Brett too. Some late bitterness in the finish, but the tartness prevails. Clearly infected. 290911

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge off-white head. Aroma is fruity and citric milky. Citric, chemical, milky and light brett. Sweet and citric milky into the finish. Light herbal bitter into the far finish.

Bottle courtesy bu11zeye. Clear dark orange color with a white ring of head. Aroma is sweet fruit, sugar and dark fruit. Flavor is dark wheat, heavy sugar and dark fruits. Finishes dry bitter with a slight bit of sweetness.

Bottle@Home. Malty and light fruity aroma. Brown, beige head, good lace. Light sweet, malty, laurel, licorice, very bitter, light yeasty. Dry mouth feel. Balanced.
