Not what I typically think of with winter beers, but it is decent. Lacks the spices I was expecting. Slightly citrusy, sweet with a medium body. Orangish brown coloration.

Bottled. An amber beer with a huge fluffy light tan head. The aroma has notes of fruit, brettanomyces, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, brettanomyces, wood, and some caramel, leading to a dry tart finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy reddish amber with a huge and lively off-white head leaving laces. Tart fruity nose. Medium body, again a very tart fruitiness, Brett too. Some late bitterness in the finish, but the tartness prevails. Clearly infected. 290911
