Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of hops, sweat, funky brett. Bitter hoppy flavour, light brett. Bitter hoppy finish. De Troch version. Interesting experiment, was hoping for a bit more complexity though.

Bottle 60cl @Brewery during 1rst FRBG. Nose is very lemony and bretty like, The beginning is on the gueuse side with typical moist and brett touch, the finish is malty with still some brett touch. Very interesting.

Bottle (22 oz). Shared by erickok at 1st RBFG, thanks! Hazy yellow with a medium mostly lasting off-white head and some lacing. Aroma is of leathery brettanomyces, caramel, mineral notes and lemon/citrus. Taste is also very leathery brettanomyces forward with a good malt backbone, mineral/earthy notes, lemon/citrus and light bitterness. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Dry finish. Not extremely complex, but it’s surprisingly good considering the two styles of beers that are blended together.

Glowing yellow misty body and surprisingly stable head. Light funky, herbal, aged... it’s a bit cheating but it works. Classic hops come through too. Bit sharp in the taste but the carbonation balances a bit. Much better than expected. Although I still think it is cheating. :) (Bought at De Hopduvel, shared at the 1FRBG bottle share)

Yellow coloured and hazy. Has a white head, lasting. Heavy odd aroma, barnyard, rotten hay, wood. Sweet starting flavor, heavy acid, bitter finish. Dry, astringent texture.

66cl bottle Appearance Cloudy yellow with a very small white head. Aroma: Funkyness and a bit of lemon. Taste: Funkyness up front then some lemon notes and a slight bitterness into the finish, which is quite stringent. Light body, lively carbonation. A very nice Sour Ale for Starters to enjoy this Style

Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Nice Lambic funk in the nose. Aroma of barnyard funk, lemony. Flavour is medium sour. Unfortunately, I did not pick up much from the IPA, besides some slight bitterness in the aftertaste. That being said, this is a very nice Lambic.
