COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is the first beer, in a serie of specialbeers. Rosebud is a powerfull beer in the American way We used American Centennial hops. Rosebud has a bitterness of 60 EBU and is a pleasant experience to drink for a beer lover. The ABV is 6.6%. You must have taste it.

Bottled@GBBF 2009. Hazy nut brown color, small creamy off-white head. A bit spicey, peach fruity aroma. Foamy mouthfeel. Some yeast, peach and spices, some grassy hops and sweetness. Rose leaves also maybe?? :) Good balanced Belgian style ale.

Bottle from Bierkoning. Light orange body with marshmellow head. Hoppy nose. Hoppy taste and prickly mouthfeel. Pine and hops in the finish. Quite sweet too. Not bad for a Dutch IPA!

Tap at Haarlemse Biermarkt: Hazy orange coloured brew with used American hops, and so this beer will intense bitter.

Bottled@GBBF2009. Hazy deep orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruits, toffee, some hops, mild grassyness and spices. Flavour is strawberry, wood, raspberry, yeast and some hints of sweet malts and spices.

On tap at ’t Arendsnest. Hazy golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of bready malts, peppery hops, bit of spice. Flavour is caramel, malts, spice, pepper, good drying hoppy bitter finish. Medium bodied, prickly mouthfeel. Enjoyable.

From bottle at Tilburg beer festival. Amber with a stable head. Nice fruity hop aroma. Strong hoppiness, especially for a Dutch beer, yet with Belgian-style balance. Floral flavours. A hoppy Dutch surprise.

A little hazy yellow/golden colored beer, with a thick white head. The aroma of hop bitters with fruits. The taste is gentle bitter of hops, with fruits of citrus and orange. The aftertaste is bitter with sweet for a while.
