Cloudy brown. Aroma is fruity, fresh and has light hop. Flavour also fruity with a little sweet candy.

Pours copper with a beige head. Aroma is caramel, grass, fruit and light bread. Flavour is caramel, grass, fruit, perfume, roasted notes, pine and alcohol.

Pours a clear and ruby beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is malt, caramel, notes of nut and some hops. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is sweetness. Overall an average beer.

Bottle @ Odense Late March Tasting, 2012. Pours ruby amber with a small creamy head.Nose is sweet toffee, caramel and hops. Citrus hops and a too thick layer of caramel. A bit of paper and yeast. Medium bodied. Dry and bitter finish.

Odense spring time specialties night at Dolle. Chestnut with a small off-white head. Big caramel and orange peel aroma with dark sugar, and a hint of vanilla. Sweet fruity and caramel flavour with decent hoppy finish

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Deep amber with lots of tan head. Aromas of dark fruit, bready malt, and some spice. Taste of cherry, toasted and caramel malt, and some anise.

Bottle @ Kerstbierfestival 2011 in Essen (B). A red/brown colored beer, with a beige head. The aroma of fruits and malts. The taste of fruits, cherries, malts and a little bitter. The aftertaste of bitter and some sweet.

Hazy amber colored beer. Herbal hoppy aroma. Complex bitter taste, some malty sweetness and fruity notes. Again a good beer of the Eem.

20 cl. draft @ Kerstbierfestival 2011: A: dark brown with a Bordeaux hue & tanned head – S: sweet Belgian malts, spices & sugar – T: bitter Belgian hops, bitter caramel, dark fruits, empty/ hollowed out Belgian yeast – B: mouth feel is medium – not bad but slightly dull

Draft, Essen Kerstbierfestival 2011. Darker brown coloured beer with some very light carbonation and a dence off white head. Special sweet herby hinted aroma. Medium to full palate. Finish is sweet malty hinted with a slight alcoholic touch and rather dry near the end. Not bad.
