A thin head on a brown colored body. The aroma had a hint of roasted malt and a lot of dry grain. The taste starts okay with a little roasted malt and then descends into super malty sweet hell. The texture was sticky with moderate carbonation. Stay away until it’s the only game in town... then find another town.

Head: beige, medium, frothy, avg. retention. Colour: amber-brown, clear. Aroma: malty/bready, very faint, possibly some fruitiness. Taste: quite dry and bitter, very little malt sweetness. More like a coloured lager than a dunkel.

Bottle at a nice Greek restaurant, poured into pilsner glass. Brown color with beige head. Aroma is malty, earthy and some sweet bread. Taste was kind of a letdown, somewhat toasty malt and that was it. Light body, average carbonation with clean dry finish. Not a horrible beer though fairly boring.

From a 50 cl can. Pours a cola brown with an off white head. Aroma of dark corn syrup. Malt flavors. Not complex but not awful. Feint bitter hop finish.

Bottle @ Röde Orm, Stockholm. Clear dark redish brown with a short, dense, short lived tanned head leaving minimal lacing. Sweet slightly roasted aroma with caramel, coffee caramel and nuts. Like those coffee caramels you get at coffee shops. Sweet malt syrup taste with some coffee and sweet dark bread. Slight coffee bitterness in the aftertaste. Pretty watery. Medium to thin body with soft carbonation. Watery texture. Pretty artificial and simple, but its ok.

Pours a dark brown with a light creamed head. Aromas of slight skunk (blast you sunny!), toffee, caramel, and grass. Flavors of maple, light wood, light toffee, and a hint of caramel. Lightly sweet with little to no aftertaste. Lightly bitter and lightly nutty.
