Pours dark amber with a mostly receding off-white head. Aroma of caramel, light toffee and toasted malt. Taste of caramel and toasted malt. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, lightly soapy with moderate carbonation. Not bad, but not impressed.

Bottled@SBWF2008. Deep brown/amber colour with small beige head. Aroma is malts, mild roast, nuts and some caramel. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild notes of burnt sugar. Closer to a Schwarzbier imho.

A really good beer. I first tasted this expecting a unflavourful and skunky beer. Despite my expectations, evfes dark is a slightly carbonated beer with aroma and taste of slightly roasted malts, nuts, and toffee caramels. Slight aftertaste is unpleasant. Overall, a really good dark lager close to a Schwarzbier with a plain taste and medium body.

Pours a really nice looking dark brown to ruby color with not much head to speak of. Aroma is a lot of malt and sweetness. Flavor is pretty decent. A little roasty, fairly smooth, but certainly nothing to write home about. 6.1% is a little high for a session beer, but not shabby.

Nice simpel beer with a quite sweet brown sugery taste and a medium malty body of toffee.

Sweet hop malt aroma with steele. Black coca cola colour with poor head and lacing. Malt hop flavour with chemicals. Thin palate.
