Aroma was malty and slightly skunky. Flavor was sweet... nothing really complex, just sweet but not overly so... mouthfeel was thin. Decent beer but there are way better examples of this style out there...

Dark brown appearance, not that big of a head Aroma/taste/palate of caramel and dark malts There is a weird sourness at the end, no sure why Too sweet, not bitter enough, and an odd beer to boot meh

dark caramel color, sweet caramel taste, thick foam, light body, thick texture, fizzy. Not my best beer, but pretty good for seaside.

330ml bottle. Pours dark reddish brown, not cloudy. Aroma of malts, sweet and roasty, but also boozy. Not bad for industrial... Hints of liquorice in the taste, otherwise quite boring. Bubbly finish.

Slightly caramel aroma. Lovely dark brown appearance. Treacly caramel undertones and not so fizzy for a bottle. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled, 0.33 l. (6.5% ABV on the label). Clear dark brown one with a small off-white head on it. Malty nose and aroma dominated by caramel and dough underpainted by brown bread, mouthfeel is somewhat thin. Warming, dry, mild roasty finish. Pleasant...

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours a clear dark brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is nutty, caramel, with coffee notes. Light to medium body, soft carbonation. It’s ok.

Subtle aromas of metal, licorice, and cocoa. Clear dark ruby with a mostly vanishing off-white head. Malty sweet, faintly fruity, raisiny, woodsy, some coffee. Medium bodied, sticky.

Drank this one several times in 2012 and 2013. Out of the three Turkish beers I tried this was the best one. Caramel and roasted malt.

330 ml bottle. Appearance: Dark brown colour with a smallish head of finger light creamish. Retention is not that great, but for a Efes brew it looks good. Aroma:Sweetish malts, caramel, cola like, some rye. A bit to soft drinkish. Taste: Quite sweet watery thin, glucose syrup , A lot of malty tones you will find in a dark non alcoholic malr drinks (vitamalz ?), caramel and a bit of rye. Thin body, soft carbonation. Don’t kow what’s the idea behind this but, in an Islamic country why wouldn’t they make it like non alcoholic German Maltdrinks without alcohol, the taste is allmost the same and it could open up new markets.
