Free beer at the Millennium lounge at Ataturk airport, Istanbul. Bottle. Pale clear yellow color, small fluffy white head. Aroma of feet and wet cardboard. Taste is medicinal metal. Without a doubt, one of the ten best Turkish beers I have ever had.

I tried this at dinner in Goreme. I was, frankly, kinda horrible. Skunky bad flavor, really thin. Bad overall. Worst beer Iíve had in Turkey so far.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle at Patís Birthday Tasting at ChrisOís, London. Pours clear, pale yellow with a small, white foam head. Cereal. Weak and lightly sweet. Fairly bland. Light bodied with average carbonation. Mild sweet finish with slightly dry cereal malts. Itís not offensive, and as far as pale lagers go, Iíd rather have it weak and bland versus sugary sweet and unbalanced. Decent.
