Sweet grainy flavour, very watery. Metallic biterness. Grassy hops. Very unpleasant finish. Pretty bad beer.

bitbucket (2160) - Kirkland, Washington, USA - MAR 1, 2007
Bottle from Malt of the Earth. Pours a clear, light straw color, with a white ring of foam. Aroma of apples, bread and lightly floral hops. The body is medium, even a touch creamy with powerful carbonation. Tastes like there may be some corn in this beerís lineage, but also a bit of biscuity goodness. Crisp finish with a bit of sourness to it. It would be nice if they could lose a bit of the carbonation, or maybe I just need to drink this beer when itís phenomenally cold and the day is incredibly hot?

TheDog (544) - Aarhus, DENMARK - MAR 1, 2007
Pale yellow color with white head. Aroma and taste of not so much. Notes of malt and a bit hops. Boring pilsner, even Rotal Unibrew makes better lagers.

kenb (1102) - Oregon, USA - FEB 28, 2007
12 oz bottle via Malt of the Earth Beer club. This one is a clear golden blonde with a tiny head. Very nice plesant nose with bready yeasty notes. Taste is bready with some graininess and a midly tart finish. Body is light. Carbonation is high. This is tasty and easy to drink. A good Pilsner.

Itís the most widespread beer here [Turkey] but not the best one. Leaves a bad taste within my mouth after drinking it. Still Iíd prefer Beckís :) But I couldnít get why people were expecting so much worse from Turkey? Could someone pleeaaase tell me?

berkshirejohn (4954) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - FEB 26, 2007
50cl bottle from Tesco Pale straw with a minimal white head; lively carbonation; sweet hoppy aroma with traces of sulphur; quite full in the mouth, predominantly sweet with a touch of hops at the end.

bhensonb (11979) - Woodland, California, USA - FEB 20, 2007
Aroma of hop, corn? and chlorine? Something unusual. Clear and golden with a white head that isnít and barely was. There is light lacing. Very light. Very light flavor, a bit sweetish, not really from corn. Medium mouthfeel, mild carbonation. Thereís a bit of hop at the finish. Not your Czech pilsener, but head and shoulders above the typical American mass market lagers. I think it could replace Corona any day at the beach.

This is the worst beer I have ever had. Drain pour after 2 sips along w/ the other 2 bottles I received in my beer of the month shipment. This stuff is nasty.

Straw with an OK white head. Aroma has weak notes of malt and a hint of hops. the flavour has light sweetness and ditto bitterness, some floral notes and nothing else, really. Inoffensive, cold and wet. 1879
