2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle: It was labeled at 8% ABV. Clear golden with a stable white head that actually laces a bit. Sweet doughy malt aroma with a hint of honey. Sweet flavor with that standard cheap sweet malt flavor. Has a peppery alcohol bite in the finish. This stuff is not bad for what it is.

1.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
0.5l can shared with and courtesy of ozujsko (thanks!)
Poured a big fluffy white head that went away at a medium to slow pace. Golden body. The nose is ok, some hopiness and malt. The taste is, in my opinion, foul. Quite sweet, weak caramel, weak chewy hopiness and a strong, unpleasant taste of alcohol. Sorta drinkable for this kinde of taste profile, but still crap.

1.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Can: Small white head, fair retention with no lace to speak of. Clear, light gold colored brew. Nose is lightly sweet malts with a hint of corn. Body is lightly medium, lightly coating on the palate. Sweet malt flavors, vegetal notes with a strange fruitiness. Finish is lightly sweet and quick, thank christ! Thanks to SDbruboy for netting me turkey. Thanks Cliff!

2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
UPDATED: MAY 13, 2007 Bottle... Clear yellow lager with a mid-sized, foamy, white head and small, creamy retention. Funky, beefy, mineral aroma. Sweet flavor of pale and biscuit malts... moderately sweet and only lightly bitter. Medium-bodied and almost creamy with subdued carbonation. Novocain-like, tongue numbing, bland finish.

1.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20
Tastes like white wine wine, only worse. Not much of a smell. Bad, malty after taste. Would not recommend.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A haze of pulp is visible throught the green before I even crack the cap. *sigh* Wonderful. Pours mid-golden with light effervescence and topped with a thin white skin. Aroma isnt terrible, hovering precariously on the balance between sweetish pale malt and grassy hop-skunk. Flavor picks up as the dominant malts carry smooth and sweet before passing the baton (in slow motion) to the mild, herbal bitterness of German hop varietals. Alcohol presence grows over time and becomes fairly obvious in aroma, flavor and typing ability.
In retrospect, it was kinda stupid of me to toast the arrival of my newest great-niece with a Turkish malt liquor, but I can be a doofus sometimes. (Welcome, Maggie!   <3 GU!)

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Poured amber color with an average frothy white head that was lasting with good lacing. Light grass hop and sweet malt aroma. Light body with a thin texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet malty flavor with a medium sweet and bitter finish of short duration. Worth trying.
