COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our India Pale Ale is a flavorful IPA with lots of Lublin hops for a unique citrus and floral character. Our IPA has a strong but smooth bitter bite with a malt backbone strong enough to carry the hops. As with many of our styles, this beer is gaining notoriety as a unique tasting IPA and is consequently converting more beer drinkers to this unique style, so when you’re looking to get out of that same old beer box you’ve been drinking from...

On tap at the brewery. Pours a very cloudy amber color with a tan head. Aroma is a slightly sweet combination of piney hops and floral notes. Flavor is bitter with very little sweetness. The bitterness continues into the finish. This is a good IPA, but not very typical. I think this is due to the hop variety that was used. It certainly gives this IPA a uniqueness.

On draft at the brewery, poured a dark orange color, light aroma of some citrus, and slight spice. Had to work to get any aromas out of it. Flavors are weak grapefruit, pine, and some citrus, light spice as well. Almost a watered down version of an IPA.

on tap, amber color with 1" foam, lackluster aroma and flavor , thin barely noticeable hops, more of a lager

cchubb (74) - Minneola, Florida, USA - JUN 10, 2011
This is a hybrid IPA with all Noble hops so the taste is more on the spicy and floral end of the spectrum than those typically made with American style hops. The malt is lighter than other American examples in order to balance with the lighter hop note. On the downside, clarity can be a problem and there are often clarity issues. Usually much clearer from a bottle than from the tap.

Draft at world of beer viera. Aroma not overly hoppy. Murky orange. Thin white head. Nice lace. Has a smooth, citrucy flavor profile. Creamy. Not very hoppy at all. Subtle enough flavors to be a cask. Not a great ipa but drinkable. Definitely more like an APA

An amber IPA with a thin white head. In aroma, herbal hops, saaz and caramel malt. In mouth, a decent Euro IPA with grassy hops, and nutty malt. On tap at brewery, Jan 7 2011.

bottle through trade poured a fairly deep orange amber color with a one finger white head. aroma has flowery hops, mild bitterness, some light lemony citrus, and a mild malted body. mouth feel coats well and there is a nice high carbonation. flavor gets some dry lemon rind, mild bitterness, some odd fitting yeast, and some herbal hops. the flavors themselves are good but the combination does not do justice.

Appearance: This beer poured a nice reddish amber color with a huge off white fluffy head. Smell: Wonderful grassy and citrus aroma. Taste: A nicely balance IPA. This one has a nice hop bitterness with a slight malty backbone which gives it decent balance. Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation. Overall: This is a fairly decent IPA. I’ve had better but this one is good.

Thanks Changeup45 for this extra. Light aroma of tart hops and caramel malting. Flavor is a little strange for IPA,has almost a lemony hop tartness and lemon rind bitterness in finish, some caramel malting there is ensure all this citrus didnt go overboard, but I found this nicely refreshing ,and frankly just a little different then other IPA’s in a good way

Sampled months ago at Oldsmar Taphouse. A: Pours an amberish shade of orange with a small white head. Okay retention with some spotty lace. S: Aromas of mild caramel malt, bread, pine, and a strange earthy type aroma. T: Mild sweet malts, pine, and a bit of herbal hops. There is a strange off type flavor going on that I can’t put my finger on. M: Medium in body, with good carbonation. D: Just okay, didn’t really like this one too much.
