Mar 10, 2007 Ah, just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, the bartender told me this has only been available for three days. nice slightly hazy ruddy copper color, thin medium tan head. aroma is caramel/toffeeish malt, a bit earthy and maybe even peaty too. flavor is more caramel/toffee malt, earthy bitter and a bit leafy dry. finish is a bit of dry hay and maybe faint hop.
