Nov 18, 2007 Bottled. A light yellow cider with a fast collapsing white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of apples, as well as a light spicy touch of cinnamon. The flavor is sweet again with strong notes of apples, and light notes of cinnamon, leading to an acidic finish. The alcohol burns slightly in the mouth.

Aug 3, 2007 Bottle. [Courtesy of Papsoe, another great tasting session] Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Pale yellow color with a clear sparkling look. Aroma of apple, vinegar. Quit dry texture I must say. Medium bodied with a very fizzy carbonation to the point where it almost becomes too much. Moderated sweet and light acidic flavor. Fresh apple finish. 27-07-07
