Bottle.Pours light golden with a tiny head. Aroma of yellow apples, some rubber notes, fruitiness and yeast. Flavor is sweet and somewhat tart with a sweet finfish. Medium body. Ok i guess.

Bottle. Golden-yellow colour with a white head. Aroma is sour apple, yeast, vineous, alcohol. Flavour is sour apple, yeast, oak, white wine, vineous. Medium body. OK Cider.

750 ml bottle. Pale golden body with much carbonation (should be without carbonation in according to the label). Mild aroma of fruit and yeast, not really any apples in aroma. Aroma is actually closer to a white wine. Flavor has mostly what’s expected from aroma, slightly fruity acidic with hint of yeast. Not much apples. Totally drinkable, but with carbonation and wine flavor this is totally wrong for me, sorry.

Bottle, 75cl wine corked. Lightly sedimented bottle, not entirely still, as it’s supposed to be. Clear, pale yellow in color, and with a small, white head on top. Vinous nose with little apple. Smells like white wine more than cider. That goes for the flavor too, it’s more white wine-ish than cider-ish. Medium body, lightly sparkling. Overall, not very cider-ish, but quite decent anyway. Judged as a white wine it would get a higher score though. 120124

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of yeast, white wine and a hint of sour apples. Taste is light sweet and medium sour with a very dry finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is flat to soft.

750 ml clear corked bottle. Bottle No.3685, made of the Aroma apple variety 2010. A little sediment in the bottle. This is supposed to be a still cider, but it pours fizzy with a white head - so they have either mislabelled the bottle, or an unintended secondary fermentation has taken place in the bottle. ABV is 7%. Clear and very pale yellow colour. Moderate carbonation in the mouth. Moderate dryish aroma of apples. Fairly dry and crisp flavour, despite being made of sweet eating apples. Pleasant enough to drink, but no real depth or character.
