COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Under the name Albertus darkness we brew our dark special beer. Its taste, easily palatable by the weak Hopping, but with the typical flavor of the dark malts, enjoys high reputation among the dark beer lovers.

Bottled 0,33L. Creamy head, a lot abundant and of very good resistance. Much dark brown color, impenetrable one. Elegant and fraught aspect. Aroma of aged cereals, nearly marches, with notes of wood and roasted caramel. Amazingly acidulous, sour and much lively taste, elevated crispy body.

Coca-cola colored, little yellow head. Sweet, sugary, slightly caramelly, still somehow overly sweet Baltic dunkel aroma. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is also sweet with mild roastiness, this sugary tone still dominating. Not very good.

Bottle purchased in the LOEB store in Bern. What a surprise beer this was. Fruity aroma, Ruby red in appearance. Off white head. Rich smooth fruity flavour of plums and summer fruit. Bitter finish. Plenty of flavour in this beer unlike all the swiss beers so far on my trip. Very nice indeed.
