Bottle. Clear golden color, small white edge head. Aroma of straw and citrus. Taste is light and bitter white pepper.

Im süßlichen Antrunk ist das Karamellmalz führend, außerdem ist der Hopfen aromatisch vorhanden. Weniger wichtig aber dennoch erwähnenswert ist die Herbe, die sich permanent im Hintergrund aufhält. Das Grundaroma bleibt so erhalten, Malz und Hopfen harmonieren, das malzige Aroma wird zum Ende hin stärker und überflügelt den Hopfen. Würziges und süffiges Lager – gelungen! 7/9/9/9/8/9

Bottle. Slightly sweet barley malt and light grass hops aroma. Golden yellow color with small head. Sweet barley malt and grassy hops flavor - mild sulfur notes. Nothing special.

Bottle. Yellow color with fine head. Malty flavor, bready and some hops, overrated imo.

Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, hops and citrus notes. Light bitter finish.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Moderate bitter average finish. Oily palate. Nice beer.

[33cl bottle] Slightly unclear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Slightly sweet and strawy malty nose with a light touch of sour dough. Light-bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a medium carbonation. Strawy malty and slightly chalky taste, moderately dry, soft malty with shy grassy hoppy notes [29.X.08].

bottle, bought at the brewery. Also available labelled Walser-Bier. Clear golden yellow, large and creamy head. Lovely hoppy aroma. Full-bodied, bitter-sweet beer with a solid malty base and lovely hoppy flavours, very aromatic and grassy. Hints of banana and lemon, slightly fruity. Great!
