pivnizub (7234) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - JUL 19, 2008
Bottle (Dank an Quack-Duck!): Hazy, amber coloured, small, but stable white head; fruity nose, traces of nut-meg; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, rather light bodied for a beer of 5.5%; sourish-fruity finish with some malty-hoppy influences. Tastes a bit like an average Weizen........

MoritzF (7386) - Bochum, GERMANY - JUL 16, 2008
(33cl bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Unclear, amber colour with particles and a short, minimal off-white foamy layer. Yeasty, light-sweet cara-malty and slightly sourish wheaty nose with nutmeg and traces of herbal, slightly spicy hops. Yeasty-bitter flavour with a moderate malty sweetness; slightly cara-malty and nutty taste; moderately dry, yeasty and malt-accented finish with wheaty and shy hoppy notes. Has attributes of a Hefeweizen; also a bit sticky, thus not a session beer (16.07.08).
