2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 Derek881 (729) - Frederick, Maryland, USA - OCT 14, 2010
A beer I purchased in Iceland and poured from a tall can into a pint glass to drink. It had a light gold color with modest bubbles, and a good-sized foamy white head that had good retention and cling. The aroma had grassy and grainy hops with some barley and straw, but was not too powerful. It tasted grainy and somewhat wet with a bitter tendency with sour aspects. It was a wet beer with low carbonation and a thinner finish.

CAn in Iceland.
Sweetish lager, pale color. Flavour of grain and malt, not much hoppy bitterness to make this work. Seemed to be popular in the Reykjavik streets on Saturday night, though!

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 Angeloregon (2054) - Portland, Oregon, USA - DEC 17, 2007
Tasted in Iceland on summer vacation 2005--Poured the standard straw wheat yellow. Metallic , adjunct funky, skunky nose. Beer nonetheless and I drank it with pride.
