Bottle @ Odense Late March Tasting, 2012. Pours dark ruby amber with a large creamy head. Nose is sweet. Nuts, caramel , fruit and a bit of yeast. Smooth and full bodied. Late alcohol warmth.

Clear medium to dark red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light to moderate yeasty, leather - grass, fruit. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, yeasty, lether notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is fizzy - soft. [20120304]

33cl bottle @ home, gift from Rudy, shared with Fonefan and Ove. Deep ruby red color, decent sized off-white to beige head. Smell malts, sweet, hint of leather. Taste malts, sweet, lightly fruity. Not too bad. Soft carbo, low to medium body.

Bottle: Big airy white head on top of a deep dark ruby red brown colored beer. Smell sweets, malts, nuts and herbs. Taste toasted malts, caramel, nuts, hint of toffee, bitter, darker fruits and spices, some hops and light sweet. Malty light dark sweet aftertaste. Low to medium carbo, soft tingly mouthfeel, medium body and a light watery texture.
