pivnizub (3638), Porúří, Germany Aug 25, 2007 On tap at the brewpub: Cloudy, brownish, sweet-malty, worty nose with a tinge of hops; very sweet flavour, almost cloying,a bit sticky, light to medium bodied; short "green" fruity-sweet finish, with - at least - some bitterness in the aftertaste. Typical german Hausbrauerei stuff of limited quality...... MoritzF (3648), Ruhrpott, Germany Aug 22, 2007 (draught at the brewpub) Cloudy, light-brown colour with a medium-sized, slightly off-white foam. Sweetish, yeasty moderately toasty malt aroma, slightly greenish with a rather unbalanced herbal hoppy blend. Sweet, slightly biter flavour, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated mf. Toast-malty, slightly yeasty and fruity taste; sweetish and a bit worty, subtle fruity (pears) finish. Pretty drinkable although it lacks maturation.
