Clear, medium amber coloured beer with a creme coloured, medium sized, good lasting head. Aroma is sweet malty, honey, strong dusty hay, ripe apples. Taste is dominated by roasted malt, in the beginning sweeter, then a dry finish. Bit thin overall. Both aroma and taste need some smoothing. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
