Bottle, 4.8%. Weak bready aroma. Clear golden colour. Small white head. Clean flavour, malty and creamy, but weakly so. Leaves a little rubbery feeling on my tongue.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a diminished white head. Bitterhops and mild acidic corn aroma. Acidic and bitter flavour into the finish.

(Bottle, 0,5 Litres ) Blond colour, full head, a bit stinky, oddly unbalanced, pseudo fruity, like it hasn’t finished the brewing process, watery body, but quite good to pour down after a while. In respect for the long struggle of the brewery to get back into business : Slightly substandard. --- 15.04.04

(Bottle 33 cl) Urbräu is usually an unfiltered, bitter pilsner, but this one is different. Ehringsdorger is a a filtered, light pilsnertype with a distinct maltsweetness and a harmonic bitterness. Delicious beer. 210604

A light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet malty and so is the flavor leading to a dry end, but the body is thin.
