Pale yellow, small head, few carbonation. Dusty and hoppy aroma. Taste is quite boring, harsh and metallic. Some unpleasant sweetness and a dry finsih. Very weak, I’d say

Bottle, Café Wagner. Golden colour. Light malty nose. Soft malty taste, light salty hopiness with some flowery notes and vague soapiness. Most people seemed to like this actually, and yeah, it’s quite drinkable, so yay.

It’s golden with a creamy, white head and notes of malt, brad, straw and flower. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes like the aroma. The finish is dry - and I like the balance in this beer.

[9/21/11] Mahleket Hanikot Shotrim ’11 tour. Bottle in some bar in Weimar. Clear golden with a small white head that disappears immediately. Aroma of a bit of malt, light graininess and a bit of noble hops. Sweetish grainy flavor with a bitter and somewhat herbal finish. Light-bodied.

larsga (4663) - Oslo, NORWAY - OCT 9, 2010
Small white head. Slightly pale yellow body. Sugary perfumy aroma with oily toffee notes. Dry-sweet perfumy white wine and grapes taste with papery notes. Light body. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dry perfumy papery grape aftertaste. Taste rather artificial, and very unusual. Didn’t really enjoy. (0.5l bottle, as a gift.)

500 ml bottle. Golden and crystal clear. Medium-sized white head. Papery and crisp grassy hops with a strawlike note. Quite fizzy with a lot of carbonation. Light on the malts and the mouthfeel is a little watery. Finishes lightly bitter. Metallic clean hops in the finish. A little dull and uninteresting.

Bottle:Pale golden, slowly diminishing white fluffy head; grainy, grassy and gardboardy nose; light to moderate bitter flavour, light bodied; water, vegetables and bitter hops in the finish. Typical dull DDR product, a fine brew to celebrate the german reunification......

MiP (11783) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAY 11, 2008
Bottle, 4.8%. Weak bready aroma. Clear golden colour. Small white head. Clean flavour, malty and creamy, but weakly so. Leaves a little rubbery feeling on my tongue.
