Clear golden, small head. Grainy malty notes in aroma, bit of sweetness too. Grainy taste mostly. Hints of grassy bitterness towards the finish. Some harshness in mouthfeel and vegetable weirdness in aftertaste.

Draught @ Woolshed
Aroma has lots of grain and hay, also some herbs and mint. Flavour has cardboard-like malt, starch, hay and grain. Feels bulky. Quite a disappointment after Hefe, Pils and Zwickl from the same brewery.

Bottle from Bert’s Bierhuis with 50% sale. The beer has a golden color and a nice white head, CO2 level is perfect. In the aroma tones of spring flowers, hops and some sweetness from the caramel. The taste is light sweet with tones of malts, which is followed by some bitterness tones from the hops, also a little grassy taste. The finish is dry and a little bitter.

Mild herber, minimal getreidiger Beginn. Ebenfalls mild ist der Bitterhopfen, insgesamt wirkt das Bier so schon etwas laff. Trocken bitter, abgestumpfte Malznoten. Eintöniges trinkbares Bier. 8/6/7/6/8/6

Grima (2098) - Saarburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - JUL 13, 2011
Strong golden color. Malty grainy aromas. Starts tart, very grainy and bready. The finish is grainy sweet, also with a hoppy-grassy note.

ElDesmadre (1553) - Mikołów, POLAND - JUL 6, 2011
Bottle. Light yellow, moderately frothy, quickly fading head. Sweetish-sourish grainy malty aroma, some subtle honey, lightly hoppy, wet paper. Something between a macrolager and a mishappen helles. Medium carbonation. Taste is watery, sourish with a flat light bitterness. Slightly metallic, the beer feels as a combination of bad malt and bitterish water, badly mixed together so that the mix is not even homogenous. Can’t find any redeemable qualities in this one, sorry.
