Dark cola brown with thin, sticky beige head. aroma of dark roast grains and burnt toast. Taste is bitter, coffee, chocolate. Mouthfeel is dry , and medium weight. Very decent schwarzbier.

Aus der Flasche (vom Supermarkt) getrunken. nur ein dunkles rötlichbraun im Glas. Massive schwer weg trinkbarte Schaumkrone. Darunter lauert dann die Enttäuschung.

Sometime the simplicity and drinkability of a beer is its charm. With Eibauer, you fell like you have drank this beer all your life. It is smooth, lengthy in taste and the aftertaste is not too crowded with different flavour horizons. A good beer for the Schwarzbeer starter.

Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. Piwo o sredniej piance i szybko opadającej. Kolor coca coli, w smaku wodniste i słodkie, coca cola lub pepsi z lekka slodowoscia, trochę miodu spadziowego w oddali. Zbyt jednostronne piwo. Brak jakiejś kontry i urozmaiconego smaku.

On tap in Dresden: nice solid dark beer from the east part of Germany. Compared well with similar dark beers of the region. Prost!

Bottle. Pours almost black with a medium white head. Aroma and taste are sweet malty with some roasted notes. Ok, but could be a little more "dark" and could be less sweet.

Tap@Cafe Langebro, Copenhagen - dark brown pour with beige covering. Aroma and taste is very sweet malty and mild hoppy, some cocoa, caramel sweetness, but overall very sweet, not a fan.

Can @ New Years Eve ’15. Weak blackish pour with a frothy tan head. Notes of sweet malts, raisins, caramel and some artificial candy.

Can, 50cl. Pours cola-brown colour witn an creamy, quicky vanishing beige head. Grainy, dry and dusty roasted malty aroma. Low-medium sweet flavour with caramel. Low bitterness. Hoppy profile and aftertaste turning more sweet and grainy as it finish. Ordinary, but ok.
