This one wasn’t as bad I was expecting. Pours a clear light straw color. Aroma is sweet bread, hay baail and light floral hops. Taste is sweet malt, light grassiness and mild malt flavor. A bit on the sweet side, but actually pretty good.

Can in Gabrovo, Bulgaria, at 5%. Pours clear, effervescent yellow with a receding white head. Some crisp cereal on the nose. Medium sweet flavor, some cereal, dough, faint metal, light white sugar, faint hay. Light to medium bodied with lively carbonation. Fairly crisp finish, fairly sweet, some cereal and bread, low bitterness. Not bad.

Nothing special, a little bit borign and quite strong in alcoholic taste but a little sweet too. Normal features.

Anno 1713. Pours like a typical Grman pils, with a nice clear golden hue, nice white head, good retention, good lacing, and nice bubbles. Smell is a bit on the grainy side, more malt than hop, the hops are slightly medicinal and herbal. There is come hop bitterness, but the brunt of the flavor is malty. The sweet, bready, biscuity malt is decent, nothing too exciting for this style. The mouthfeel is a bit off, the flavor delivery seems off. This is a good pizza chaser and party beer, but there is better out there in the German pils category. Some better, cheaper ones include Wernesgreuner and Licher. 330ml can from SAQ.
Appearance : Clear pale yellow with a small head.
Aroma : Interesting malt with light herbal hops. Light adjunct. Bready and a bit citrusy. Light honey.
Taste : Malt and light herbal hops. A bit mineral. Malty and slightly citrusy finish. Long bitterness.
Overall : Not bad but nothing exciting. Interesting malt and hops. Drinkable. Don’t like the mineral notes that much.
