Bottle 50cl. w. swing top.
Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, toasted, light hoppy, green grass. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20091003]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear golden with a lacing white head. Sweet malty aroma. Medium body, sweet malts and a dry yet subdued hoppiness. 031009

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de, found in an old box). Golden colour, small slightly off-white fluffy head. Aroma is sweet malts, some mild herbs, cardboard and mild floral and grassy notes. Flavour is floral and grassy hops along with mild grains, herbs and bready malts. Feels a bit to the bulkier side of a Helles.

German Ulfborg tasting 09. Bottle. Pours unclear golden with a small lasting white head. Straw and bread. Medium bodied. Clean.

Blond color; egg-white foam. There is an initial aroma of paper and corn, then followed by some nice malt, but quite hidden. Very poor flavor, cornyish and sweetish, with medium to low bitterness. Besides being quite sweet (which is not common), it’s a very boring beer.

Bottle, 4.9%. Mild papery aroma, hint of grain. Clear golden colour. Small semi-stable white head. The flavour is slightly bready, has a little paper. Medium bitterness. A standard Helles.

Bottle. It pours a clear, pale golden body under an off-white head. Weak nose with pale malts and fruits. A hint of wet cardboard blend in. Biscuity, pale malts and resiny, grassy hops in the flavor. Some bitterness. Dry, medium body. Some bitterness in the finish. A decent beer, of the kind there’s thirteen of in a dozen. 091024

Clear golden with a large white head. Sweet malty aroma with grainy accents. Flavour had malty notes along with grassy hops and caramel. Finished bitter.

Yellow with a firm white head. Clean malty aroma with a hint of DMS. Sweet and grainy malty flavour.

Bottle. Pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hay. Flavour is dry, malt, fruit, hay, hint of hop, metallic. Medium to thin body. Boring beer.
