Smooth pilsener with a slight "tang" at the finish. Large airy head and pale straw color with fine carbonation. Aroma is slightly sour and musty, but flavor has elements of straw and citrus. Just above average for this one.

Golden color, moderate white head. Aroma is malty and grainy. Flavor has some sweetness, malt and ok bitterness. Ok pilsener, but nothing special. Test of 12.05.2009.

Bottle from Beermerchants. Pours clear straw coloured with a big fluffy white head. Aroma of spicy and herbal hops. Taste is light nutty malts with a decent dry hoppy mostly spicy fresh hops. Very good pilsener, with its own character.

0.5L draught. Ok, so not the best, right? But you could definitely do worse, and it’s very refreshing. I’d order it again if available and in the mood for pils. I like the logo, too. Decent.

from bottle. i drank it out of the bottle at mannheim central station, but i guess it looks like an average pils. however, quite hoppy, earthy and spicy aroma. the taste is lightely bitter, some apple notes in it. aprupt cardboard finish, leaving behind a distinct dryness in the mouth. well, not my kind of beer...

(Tap) Das Pils ist klar filtriert, hat eine helle, sonnengelbe, fast leuchtende Farbe und eine weiße Schaumkrone. Der aromatische Grundkörper ist stark süß aber trotzdem schlank. im Kopf ist es leicht würzig. Geschmacklich ist es am Anfang süß-honigartig, das Ganze wird dann allmählich von einer mittelstarken Bittere ummantelt. Es ist spritzig karbonisiert und erfrischt. Alles in allem ein Bier für jeden Tag.

Crystal clear and golden yellow in glass. Aromas of strong bitter hops, slightly spicy. Starts with a massive hop aroma, very bitter-tart and refreshing! Middle part remains very hoppy bitter, slightly spicy. Finish is hoppy bitter and dry!

Das Bier beginnt herb und bleibt es auch bis zum Ende. Im Mittelteil kommt ein bitteres und süßliches Aroma hinzu, im Abgang ein hopfiges. Ein gutes Pils, nicht zu lasch, nicht zu stark und ausgeglichen.
