Beautiful, fluffy, thick head poured into half liter weizen glass. Slightly murky golden color adds to the overall look. Mellow flavor with a hint of banana, almost sweet on the tongue. Not as heavy as some hefes I’ve tried, this one is an easy drinker. Very active carbonation keeps the head a finger high throughout. Note: brewery information was taken from the internet, no brewery listed on the bottle.
