Bov (7364) - Bienne, - APR 17, 2008
the last novelty from Eichhof, just before being bought by Heineken - pours a clear and bright golden colour under a white irregular foam leaving a beautiful lace; gentle aromatic hoppiness showing notes of straw and fat grass; sweet and respectably malty with a subtle carbonation; the finish is fizzy with more balanced hoppy and malty notes - a decent beer from Eichhof

Koelschtrinker (7060) - Köln (Cologne), North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - MAY 26, 2011
Schwach. 8/6/6/5/12/6

400 mL Swing top bottle, my friend brought it back from Switzerland. Pours a dark straw color, very clear. A nice malty aroma, with a pretty dry taste.

Bottle 40 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear yellow with a tiny white head. Odd, unclean malt aroma. Medium body, malty but again not very clean - some sulphur. Hardly any bitterness. 301109
