Bottle at Schaukäserei Kloster Engelberg. The beer is a clear pale golden color with a medium white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Lightly grainy malt and hops in the nose. Light body with flavors of biscuit malt, mild hops and a bit of grass. The finish is malty with a sweet grain aftertaste. Average all around.

Bottle. Sweet barley malt. lemon, and sour milk aroma. Cloudy golden yellow color with moderate head. Lightly sweet malt and hay flavor. Moderate carbonation. Pretty good.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, malt sweet, sour malt notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100219]

02.07.2008, 0,33l Bottle. Yellow colour with white head. Aroma is malty with a little sweetness. There is also some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Sampled up on top of the Rigi in central Switzerland. This is a really nicely made pale lager. Pours pretty cloudy with a big head on it. Served ice cold had a dark yellow hue. Aroma was semi sweet. Really nice drinking brew.
