Your normal german lager but with a nice crisp bitterness in the finish. This makes it one of the better swiss beers so far. At the Bonnie Prince Pub in Zürich.

330 ml bottle picked up at the brewery. Pours clear yellow with a huge white head. Aroma of malt, soap and perfume. Taste is sweet grain and bread with malt. Dry palate with a little hoppiness.

300ml bottle, Beos Restaurant-Cafe, Regensberg, Germany (local beer). Poured a clear light golden colour with a two-finger white foamy head that laced OK. Medium carbonnation with a few bubble trails. Aroma of sweet malt. Taste of sweet malt followed by a slight hops aftertaste with sweetness dominating. Light body. Long smooth sweet malt and slight hops bitterness finish. Finish is sweeter than bitter. OK.

Cloudy pale yellow with a nice white head. Slight floral aroma, hints of yeast. Mouthfeel is bitter and refreshing.

Clear yellow with a medium head. Pleasent level of bitterness. Not too low but not to strong. Some grassy notes, a bit like cereal and hay. Maybe a bit like roses. Astringent finish with a medium body.

Bottle by 9.12. Dirty nose, metal shavings and outside in front of the house around the bushes. Clear yellow body and a sudsy white head. Light body with musty herbal hops. Aftertaste does not let go.
