COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Keg, special for Irish Craft Beer and cider Festival 2013
Our festival special is an American Amber Ale that we’ve called Amber-Ella. We’ve had our pick of the Aussie hop harvest so it’s all about Galaxy and Ella in this rather special limited edition brew.

Bottle at Gulpd. Pours a deep hazy red amber with bubbles and a bubbly off white head. Light toffee, berries, ever so slightly soapy on the nose. Fairly mild aroma. Full of flavour, light sweetness and bigger clean bitterness. Bitter berries are prominent throughout. Clean dry bitter finish, slighly prickly. Very very tasty beer. Better than 5am Saint, in my opinion!

bottle 330ml. As the name says "amber" its a good amber colour with a good frothy head. Strong tropical fruit nose with passionfruit and mango and a bit of burnt caramel. Quite a bitter citrusy taste like grapefruit and a bit of pine, hoppy and not too malty.

Taster at GABS Melbourne 230515. Poured from a bottle. To say that I am partial to an amber ale is an understatement and this one I found to be more hoppier and less maltier than I was exoected. Passionfruit in the nose with a smooth easy to drink flavour.

Pours amber with a large creamy head. Nose shows tropical fruit, papaya, lychee and some soft bready malt. Aggressively bitter flavours, some soft toasty malt before pine and citrus rolls through in a tongue-coating assault.

Un’ottima birra Irlandese, una delle migliori tra le bevute. Colore ambrato medio Aroma di caramello, leggero tostato, resina ed erba. Molto equilibrata lungo tutta la bevuta. Corpo medio. Carbonazione adeguata. Una birra piacevole a bersi.
